Shipping time
After the order is completed, we will ship the product in about 14 days from the next day.

It takes about 20 days after the goods are shipped.

Please note that there may be a delay if there is a large number of orders.
Please note that we may not be able to meet your request even if you enter your preferred date and time in the remarks column.
We will ship your order at a flat rate of $10 (free shipping for orders over $90).

If you do not receive an order completion e-mail
There is a possibility that there is a mistake in the e-mail address you registered when you placed your order, or the e-mail may have been sent to your spam mail account. Please check again.

Cancellation of Orders
We are sorry, but we do not accept cancellations of orders after they have been completed.

Concerning inquiries to the store
For inquiries to our company, please contact us by e-mail. Please use the CONTACT form on this site to contact us.

Note: Please note the following.

1)In our store, inventory is highly fluid, and there may be cases of out-of-stock or faulty shipping after an order has been placed.
(2) The color of the product may differ from the image due to the indoor environment and the degree of light source. Also, please understand that the color may differ due to the characteristics of each monitor.
(3) We do not accept color and size changes after the order is completed.

If you receive a defective item or an item that is different from what you ordered
If you receive a defective item or an item that differs from the contents of your order, we will return the item or exchange it for the same item, as the case may be.
(Please note that we will not accept returns of defective items if you do not contact us within 7 days of receipt.)

If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will proceed with the refund process.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases
Returns or exchanges due to the customer's own reasons (color, size, etc.)
Merchandise that has been in the shop for more than 7 days
Merchandise that has already been used
Products that have been used ・ Products that have been soiled or scratched by the customer


(4) We do not accept any changes, additions, or cancellations of products after an order has been completed.
(5) We will not use your personal information for any purpose other than shipping. Please rest assured that your personal information will not be used for any purpose other than shipping.

Taxes and Duties
Importation of products from Japan may be subject to taxes and customs fees in the destination country.
